Break Projects into Tasks

Divide your project into manageable tasks.

• Users assigned to the project can create tasks.

• Managers can create tasks and assign them to co-workers.

• Tasks can be prioritized and given due dates to help teams focus on what matters most.

This makes it easier to organize workflow and meet deadlines efficiently.

Enhance Task Details

You can extend task information using the Custom Fields Add-on, allowing you to capture additional data during task creation.

Manage from Frontend (Optional)

With the BuddyPress Integration Add-on, you can manage projects and tasks within groups directly from the frontend, improving collaboration and user engagement.

Track Task Progress

Once tasks are assigned:

• Users can add checklists within tasks.

• Task progress updates automatically based on checklist completion.

• Progress is displayed as a percentage in the task list.

Managers and admins can easily monitor progress across all tasks.

Visualize with Gantt Chart

Task progress is also visible in the Gantt Chart view, giving you a timeline-based overview of the entire project.

Filter & Organize Work
