There are 5 types of custom fields you can create to add those fields in create task form.

This extension allow you to collect extra information for your tasks. You can rearrange custom fields. Fields will be display in the order in create task form in which they set.

You can set custom fields as required/not required. Custom fields will get duplicate when project get duplicate. Also, all custom fields value get duplicated in task when project get duplicate.

It is label or title of custom field to be shown in create task form.

Field Type
It is type of custom field. You can create custom fields of text, number, date or dropdown type.

Field Description
Information about the field. Keep this empty if not needed.

Field Options
For dropdown type of custom fields you can add field options. New option should begin on new line.
