You can set setting to see tasks on group which are created in buddypress group or tasks of group’s project which are created in all over site.. For this setting please go to Dashboard > Projects > Settings > Buddypress Integration. Set Only tasks which are created in buddypress group or All tasks of current group’s projects which are created in all over site.
