- The notification includes a link to the task, allowing the user to open the task directly.
Task Assignment Notifications #
Users assigned to a task also receive a notification in the global notification popup when they are assigned to a task.
Configure the Task Page #
For the task link in notifications to work correctly, configure the Tasks Page in Taskbuilder.
Go to:
Dashboard → Taskbuilder → Settings → Page Setting
Select the page where you want to display your tasks and add the following shortcode:
[wppm_tasks]
Save the settings.
Once the Tasks Page is configured, users can click the task link from the global notification popup and access the corresponding task directly.
